Residential Advocate
Lafayette House is seeking individuals to join our multi-disciplinary team in providing an empowering, positive, structured atmosphere for women and their dependent children while they participate in residential substance use disorder services.

Child Care Worker
Lafayette House is seeking two (2) great, part-time positions open at Pumpkin Patch childcare center. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and pass Family Care Safety Registry screening and Criminal background screening that spans across the United States. Hours are flexible.

Certified Peer Specialist
Lafayette House is seeking a Missouri Credentialed Peer Specialist for our substance use disorder program. Must possess a current Missouri Certification as Peer Specialist. This is a full-time position. Hours are flexible to include some evenings and weekends. Excellent benefits.

Community Support Specialist
Lafayette House is seeking a Community Support Specialist that will be working with individuals experiencing substance use disorder and trauma issues. The successful candidate will help individuals problem solve, set goals and access community resources. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work or related field preferred. Will consider equivalent experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree. This is a full-time position. Hours are flexible to include some evenings and weekends. Excellent benefits.
