CURRENTLY HIRING:

DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT– The successful candidate will work with a mission-focused team, conducting public relations activities; recruiting, supervising and managing volunteers; designing and publishing internal communications pieces and managing social media posts.  The Development Assistant will conduct public awareness campaigns around Lafayette House issues.  Applicant must have demonstrated organizational and communication skills and be willing to work with a variety of audiences.  Applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field and be willing to work weekends or evenings if schedule demands.  Excellent benefits and flexible schedule. Child Care Worker: Great full-time position open working at Pumpkin Patch childcare center, working with the pre-school children ages three years to five years. The starting pay is $8.50 an hour, and comes with full time benefits. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have some child care experience, be able to work early morning and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Also, applicants must pass Family Care Safety Registry screening and National Finger Print Registry. EOE-M/F/D/V.

Residential Advocates: Nights and weekends.  High School Diploma or GED required.  Working on our residential floors and helping women and children heal from trauma and addiction. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Must be at least 21 years old, with high school diploma or GED. Must pass Family Care Registry background screening.
